In this online class, you’ll learn how to make short pastry for tart dough and turn it into delicious tarts and tartlets. You’ll learn step-by-step techniques to make salted chocolate tart and tartlets. We’ll talk about how to use tart dough for some other fillings. You are welcome to make chocolate tarts along in this online class or just watch and learn. The list of ingredients needed will be sent prior to the class along with the Zoom link.
