What do you want to manifest??

 

Combine yoga and mala-making to manifest your inner-most intentions into the world.

 

A mala is a string of beads used as a tool for focusing your awareness, energy or intention. Malas have been used for thousands of years and are unique and sacred to the individual who wears and or creates it. 

 

Begin with a meditation to connect to your inner self and be guided through a visualization to select and set your intention. Then, bring your intention to life by creating a personalized mala bracelet with elements and materials that reflect your vision. Finally, infuse your intention into the mala with a guided flow and restore practice. 

 

All levels and abilities are graciously welcomed and accepted in this workshop.
