Join Body Lingua Yoga for a mid-day pick-me-up through an energizing, grounding, and nurturing body flow.
Only those who pre-register for class will be able to participate! Due to covid, only 10 participants max, no drop ins!
To best follow guidelines to prevent unnecessary exposure in the times of Covid, there will be no liability waivers to sign the day of class. By registering for this class, you agree to share any injuries or concerns with the teacher, to be mindful and know your limitations, and to assume responsibility for anything that happens during class.

Practice will start by generating heat with an invigorating, power vinyasa flow. As the class comes to a close, slow things down and move like honey through some delicious poses. Through the whole class, participants will connect breath with movement to work the body, calm the mind, and learn the language of their body. All levels welcome. Please bring a mat.
About Body Lingua Yoga:
Body Lingua Yoga was created by Kristina Riccio. She has been teaching yoga for six years. The mission of Body Lingua Yoga is to teach students' the practice of listening to the suble langauge of their bodies and to create a safe space to explore and fall in love with their bodies.
