#LUNAFEST Virtual Film Festival

LIGHTS! CAMERA! ADVOCACY! Become a champion of change and join Budget Buddies at this year's #LUNAFEST Virtual Film Festival. Grab your free tickets and popcorn and enjoy our live, interactive event on this Mother’s Day weekend. Join us for a night as we honor the resilience of women through untold stories and poetic tributes.

Budget Buddies’ Virtual Film Festival will be hosted live on Saturday, May 8, 2021 beginning at 6:30 PM (EST). Our event will include the screening of 7 short films—brought to you by LUNA—along with captivating speakers and interactive activities.

We will kick off the night with an interactive livestream via Zoom at 6:30pm as we countdown to our 7pm showtime! We hope you’ll join us for this pre-screening celebration. Registration for the film screening is required.

Your support will help make a difference in growing our group-based financial health workshops and training for our volunteers. 100% of proceeds raised for this event will be donated to Budget Buddies. Budget Buddies helps women regain control of their finances, reduce financial anxiety, increase economic self-sufficiency, and transform their lives by teaching core money management skills.

We’re proud to partner with #LUNAFEST, a traveling film festival that has elevated the work of 170+ women filmmakers over the past 20 years.
