We are proudly launching an ongoing cooking class series where our Chef will teach first-hand how to make classic Italian meals from the 20 regions of Italy—in alphabetical order—starting with the Frattaroli family's hometown of Abruzzo. Participants will enjoy learning to make Italian favorites like our Mama Lucia's traditional Italian lasagna, pasta al forno and macaroni chittara. Classes include: meal creation, notebooks, recipes, aprons, and a family-style feast. Learn the secrets of perfect pasta, sauce and pairings!
