Rolling into summer, the Lowell Cultural Council is happy to announce the third of a series of art markets we are hosting this year. We continue to bring art to different parts of Lowell, with Centralville being this month's neighborhood. We've got many artists already signed up and more to come. So stay tuned for updates!
