Lovina Falls has a simple message for those seeking some kind of comfort in this unsteady, overwhelming, and uninspired 2025: “The world is blowing up, so find yourself and your people and move forward together, regardless, and in spite of, the chaos around.”


We shall do just that as on Friday, June 13 at Deep Cuts in Medford, Valerie Forgione’s dark dream-pop project celebrates the release of enchanting new single ‘Light and Low’ alongside The Daylilies and Roser.


The vocalist and songwriter known for her work in Boston alternative band Mistle Thrush releases the sophomore Lovina Falls album later this year, and on this evening with her live band will be performing tracks from it and the project’s 2023 debut album ‘Calculating the Angle of Our Descent’.
