On Saturday, May 11, the Arlington Commission for Arts Culture is pleased to launch the Town’s new Live Arts Arlington public concert series with a special inaugural performance by noted Boston jazz artists Scott Samenfeld on bass and Erik Van Dam on saxophone.
Free and open to the public, the outdoors performance will take place at Broadway Plaza in Arlington Center — one of multiple outdoor venues that will host Live Arts Arlington events throughout the summer.

Live Arts Arlington is a free, public performing arts series arranged by the Programs & Festivals subcommittee of the Arlington Commission for Arts & Culture (ArtsArlington.org), an umbrella organization for town-related arts and culture activities in Arlington, MA. Live Arts Arlington organizes “pop up” performances in a variety of expressive forms – from music and puppetry to dance and literary readings – in public spaces throughout the town.
