As times change, so has the entertainment scene for Boston’s African American community. People of color are experiencing great challenges when attempting to find events that cater to our demographic in Boston. The BSMC’s Annual Fundraiser (Dance) is an opportunity for “folks” to get dressed up and have a great time seeing old friends and dancing like they used to “back in the day”. Although the theme for the past couple years has been “The Linen Party”, by know means is it a requirement. The only requirement is to come and contribute to a good “Ol Skool” party
