Join us for a reception celebrating REPOP by Liliana Marquez, on view September 27-November 1, 2019.


Liliana Marquez, aka “lilimarq,” was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela and has been a resident of Boston since 1998. She has a BA in Art and Graphic Design from Caracas Institute of Design in Venezuela. Marquez largely works with reclaimed materials in an era of mass production. “I achieve great satisfaction in knowing that I am able to transform surplus and discarded materials into art and receive even more pleasure when I see the smiles from those who enjoy my work.” Mainly focused on working in 3D , Marquez designs lamps, furniture and produces art to create an inspiring message of life, hope and positive energy.
