Get ready to tap into the spirit of “lila,” or divine play, through creative embodiment!
We will begin the evening with a sound bath meditation to center into our bodies. Once we have grounded into our breath, get ready to move and play in a yoga dance flow in - yes in - paint! Together we will co-create a work of art that explores what is possible when we just let go and have fun with the process. Be ready to get messy and let your playful spirit fly in sacred community!

*We will be using washable paints and a clean-up process will be offered. Bring a mat, washcloth, hand towel and change of clothes.

About Bianca from Within Wild Light:

Bianca is a mindfulness practitioner, expressive arts facilitator, yoga teacher, and nature lover. Within Wild Light is a place of wanderings, wondering, art, and being. You’ll catch her chasing ferns in the light of golden hour and mosaicked in paint by the glow of the moon.

About Janet from House of Healing Connections

Janet is a 200 RYT, Usui Reiki Practitioner, meditation teacher and founder of House Of Healing. Her love of sound therapy quickly became her bridge on the journey within. Using sound alongside her favorite healing modalities; meditation, yoga, energy work, creative art expression, and nature. Her whole self approach to wellness of the mind, body and spirit as witnessed throughout her personal practice; drive her to speak her truth and share her practice. She cannot wait to connect with you and help you find your yoga.
