Hey Lifted Fam! We hope you are all doing well and staying healthy during this unprecedented time. We miss you all more than you know and we can't wait to get back into the gym together. Until then we thought it would be great to get together virtually at least once a month to work out together again while supporting great organizations fighting and supporting the efforts against COVID-19.
This Saturday, 5/2, our workout fundraiser is all for Brigham and Women's Hospital's COVID-19 Response Fund.
You may know that our coach Jordan is a medical assistant at BWH and she is still working to support the efforts to keep the BWH patients and community safe. Also, there are members of our Lifted family who work at or have family and friends who work at BWH, so it means so much to us that we can give back to such a great organization full of amazing people.
This Saturday, May 2nd at 9:30 am, join us on Zoom for a classic 45 minute Lifted workout blending strength work and metabolic conditioning to benefit BWH COVID-19 Response Fund!
What will you need to do to get ready for the workout?

- Secure a workout area
- Have water and a towel ready
- Weights if you have them - if you don't try filling up a backpack or small suitcase with some heavy stuff!
