Ready to start your days more intentionally? How about cultivating a little more peace to help you get through the difficult times, or just to be more present to enjoy life from a place of gratitude? Meditation can help you liberate yourself from anxiety and depression, stress, negative thoughts, the cycle of burn-out, and grief. In this workshop, you will learn how to move beyond the mind’s busy-ness and noisy chatter into a space of mindfulness, love, and appreciation for what is.
What you will experience in the workshop:• A guided meditation with visualization and journaling• A deeper level of understanding about the benefits of meditation for our emotional and physiological wellbeing• A set of questions to help you set intentions and attract what you desire into your life• A take-home meditation mantra and daily affirmations to help you create a regular meditation practice
