Kick off your New Year with B/SPOKE! Join us for an afternoon of fitness, reflection, and intentional goal-setting led by our team of Instructors and Accountability Coaches as we all work to spark a REVOLUTION in some aspect of our day-to-day lives (big or small!).


We are thrilled to share this experience with you & to connect beyond our studio walls. Get ready for an action-packed 2.5 hours that will leave you feeling inspired, motivated, sweaty & READY to take on the week (& the year ahead!) alongside a supportive community of individuals.
