Natasha Rizopoulos, one of the country’s most esteemed Vinyasa teachers and Down Under’s lead teacher trainer, invites students looking to refine their craft for teaching as well as students looking to refine their personal practice to this one hour well-rounded asana class. Students will witness the evolution of their practice on the mat and consider how this translates off the mat through Natasha’s strategic sequencing and thoughtful weaving of anatomy and philosophy – a small taste of what trainees will learn in Down Under’s 300 Hour Professional Teacher Training that begins in January. After the class, those interested in the training can stay online for a 30-minute information session.
