After Leonard Cohen's recent passing, a friend of mine who is a dedicated and life-long fan expressed her interest in playing a tribute concert. With the help of faculty and staff at Berklee College of Music, Cafe 939 has agreed to host an open mic and tribute night offering musicians from all-over Boston the chance to pay their respects to the prolific songwriter and artist. It will be broadcast by the BIRN.
