On May 14, Legal Sea Foods in Park Square will host a South African wine dinner with Hamilton Russell Vineyards. Founded in 1975, Hamilton Russell was the first wine estate planted in the Walker Bay region and since then they have established a reputation for producing wines that straddle the old and new worlds. Specializing in producing highly individual, terroir-driven Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blends, the vineyard is widely regarded as one of the best in South Africa.


Legal Sea Foods will team up with Proprietor, Anthony Hamilton Russell, to host an exclusive four-plus-course dinner featuring signature cuisine paired with his selections from the Hamilton Russell vine. The menu will be presented as follows in Park Square’s 10,000 bottle wine cellar:
