Office Hours are designed to facilitate networking opportunities between edtech entrepreneurs and industry experts. During these free, 30-minute sessions, entrepreneurs can get advice and feedback on their products or ideas.


Michael Lemke is an entrepreneur/startup consultant and virtual CFO specializing in cloud-based financial and human resource solutions. He currently serves as the CEO and founder of Solutions For, which provides a platform with tools in financials, relationships, and marketing to help young and existing companies grow and manage their business. His passion is firmly focused in helping start-ups and entrepreneurs to become successful.


Tyler VauDell is the Director of Business Development at Solutions For. He has also interned at Highland Capital in Menlo Park, CA, and is on the Executive Board of the Boston College Venture Competition, whose goal is to put on events, provide resources, and organize competitions to help student entrepreneurs on campus develop their ideas and businesses.


Michael and Tyler will serve as experts and resources for your questions or issues regarding sound financial record keeping, payroll compliance for employees versus subcontractors, tax strategy for the startup, and any other accounting or financial topics.
