What's better than a class to learn how to make wine or mead?

 

Our new interactive class provides a hands-on experience. In the two night class you'll make one 6 gallon batch of high quality wine. A few weeks later you will return to bottle and take samples home to age.  


We will also discuss meadmaking and review the method and ingredients.

 

Class size is limited to ensure all have a chance to participate. Tickets are per person.
