Making your own cheese at home is easy and so much fun! In this beginners class you will learn how to craft fresh mozzarella cheese with just a few simple ingredients. The mozzarella is ready to eat right away - it can be used on pizza, in salads, with crackers or any way you like to enjoy it!

During the 60-90 Minute Introductory Artisan Cheese Making Class you will:
-Learn proper cleaning and sanitization practices
-Review the necessary equipment
-Discuss basic principles of cheese making including required ingredients
-Watch a demonstration of making Mozzarella Cheese from whole milk and other fresh
ingredients

The art of cheesemaking is an ancient one that been passed down from generation to generation.

Classes will be limited in size to provide an intimate setting and more individualized attention. Pre-registration is required due to limited class size and will be on a first come first served basis. Classes will be held at our Warehouse Store Location in Woburn Massachusetts.

* Advanced registration is required. Students may register up through the day of the class provided seats are available.

*Students must register prior to atttending a class. Should a student need to reschedule a date to take a class a credit will be given to that student for the same class offering at a later date provided the student notifies us 48 hours prior to the class taking place. Ten students are required for any class to be held; we will notify you of cancellations. No refunds for any class that is included as part of a special promotional item.
