You're in the middle of the woods with only one match left: hold your breath or light it up like a pro?


In this class we'll learn how to make one-match fires that burn every time. We'll also work with flint and steel, hand drill methods, and friction with bow and drill. In addition to that magical moment of fire, we'll also discuss tinder, gathering firewood, safety, cooking fires, and a bunch more. No previous experience required.


Gear


Please wear warm layers, non-cotton socks, and shoes that will keep your feet toasty. This class will be held outdoors.
