We’re running a Boston-based series of free cooking classes focused on addressing health disparities (increased rates of obesity, stroke, and heart disease) in African-American communities.

We have upcoming classes, this series is one of them.

Classes run for 6 consecutive weeks. February 7th to March 14th - Mondays from 6:00 - 8:00 pm

The goal of our class is to teach healthy cooking and eating habits based on the plant-based foods of the African diaspora.

You can learn more about the program, called A Taste of African Heritage, here: www.oldwayspt.org/BOSTON
