How do you chop parsley, dice an onion, or roll-cut a carrot? Knowing how to use a knife correctly and efficiently is one of the most useful skills to learn while cooking. In this drop-off class, celebrity chef and cooking instructor Gail Arnold will demonstrate proper knife skills and give lots of hands-on practice as students learn how to prepare soups.
