Hello! I am Joanna Banegas, a Latinx Group Fitness Instructor at a local gym in Boston, Power Rowing! Every Saturday at 9 AM EST, I teach a fun Latin Fusion HIIT & Core Workout class virtually or in person. This week, the traditional Latin music is Punta with Latinronic mix. Every week, the music genre will be different and centered on my Latin roots. Additionally, this class officially kicks off the beginning of Latinx Heritage Month!
Latin Fusion HIIT & Core Workout Class Description -
There's no better way to jumpstart the weekend than with a feel-good Saturday Catracha Fitness Class! Whether your goal your is to learn how to dance merengue or to build strength, endurance, or cardiovascular conditioning, the 45-minute Latinronic (Latin/electronic) and traditional Latin music class will keep you moving through the weekend. The first half of the class will get your heart pumping with quick intense bursts of exercises followed by active recovery Latin dancing periods. The second half of the class will focus on strengthening your core!
