The Lakes Region Parade of Homes returns this fall for another incredible showcase of the newest custom built and remodeled homes. The 3 day self-guided tour features 8 homes to check out in person and 2 homes to check out virtually. There will be over 45,000 square feet of space for visitors to explore over the Columbus Day Weekend, October 9, 10 & 11th, 10-4 daily.
The homes range in size from 1,800 SF to 8,000+ Sq. Ft. and offer a variety of styles from Adirondack-Style, classic lake cottage, island retreat, carriage house, stunning Newfound lake house, affordable student built home, hybrid modular home with many custom features and one-of-a-kind barndo-minium that “Wow” the crowds.
Whether you are in the market for a new home, getting ideas to remodel your existing home, or just want something fun to do, we invite you to be our guest at the 2021 Lakes Region Parade of Homes. Tickets can be purchased online and costs $20/pp. One ticket is good all weekend and visitors can start at any home.
