Join us at the Foundry in Cambridge for a Korean buttercream flower piping workshop! Learn how to pipe beautiful buttercream flowers and decorate elegant cupcakes in this beginner- friendly hands on workshop!
Featuring roses, apple blossoms and hydrangeas, this workshop will cover how to make Swiss meringue buttercream before mixing your own palette and learning how to pipe Korean buttercream flowers.
Ticket includes:
-entry for 1 person
-1, 4”sized cake, Swiss meringue buttercream, and all supplies needed to decorate your edible garden and to bring it home
-light bites and drinks
-take home recipes & piping tip
Cupcake flavor: vanilla (GF option available upon request)
class runs approximately 3 hours so please plan accordingly!
