What if you could enjoy delicious Korean barbecue at home-no grill required? With just an oven broiler, you can create restaurant-quality K-BBQ in your own kitchen. In this hands-on class, we'll prepare classic dishes like galbi, bulgogi, and samgyeopsal, along with a variety of flavorful banchan (side dishes). Along the way, you'll learn about the history and techniques behind these iconic dishes, plus tips for recreating the experience at home. You'll leave with the skills and confidence to host your own Korean BBQ night-right in your apartment. Warning: your kitchen will smell incredible! Instructor: Julianna Kim
