Miso basically contains soybean, and rice or barley, and dashi soup stock may contain fish. Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate them.

After graduating from Iwate Medical University in Japan, she completed her residency at Juntendo University Hospital in Tokyo. She then worked as gastroenterologist at the Juntendo University Hospital in Tokyo. In 2018, she moved to Brookline, MA and completed at the Principals and Practice of Clinical Research Program at Harvard School of Public Health, and the graduate certificate program at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. Since returning to Tokyo in 2022, in addition to her clinical work, she is active as a "food doctor," collaborating with chefs and registered dietitians to promote culinary medicine as preventive medicine.
