Step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself through the quiet wisdom of horses, gentle movement, and nature. ‘The Pasture Reset’ is an immersive outdoor wellness experience designed to calm the nervous system, restore presence, and leave you feeling grounded, lighter, and renewed. No riding experience necessary (boots are always on the ground). Simply show up and let the field do the rest.

Mind-Body Reset led by Jamie MacKenzie, founder of Northlight Mind & Body. Yoga led by Maryjean Kimball, certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor.

Your ticket Includes a 90-minute guided equine wellness experience featuring mind-body reconnection, gentle yoga alongside the horses, intentional time in nature, and a curated ritual kit to carry the Reset home.

Kindred Field is a curated outdoor wellness experience for people who are ready to stop rushing and start feeling. Set in the natural beauty of New England, each of our gatherings are designed to be restorative, beautiful, and deeply grounding — connecting you to nature, to horses, to each other, and to yourself.

At Kindred Field, horses aren’t an addition to the experience—they are the foundation of it. Every gathering we create happens alongside horses because they offer something that cannot be replicated in a traditional wellness space: an invitation to become fully present.

Horses are remarkably attuned to their environment and to the subtle cues of the people around them. As prey animals, they are highly sensitive to body language, energy, movement and changes in emotional state. They often respond to what our bodies are communicating before we have consciously recognized it ourselves. In their presence, it becomes harder to simply think our way through an experience—we are invited to notice what we are actually feeling.

Horses also offer a beautiful model for self-regulation. They experience stress and activation, but when the threat has passed, they naturally return to grazing, resting, connecting and conserving energy. By slowing down beside them—observing their breath, movement and rhythms—we can practice returning to our own bodies and becoming more aware of our nervous system.

And then there is the heart. An adult horse's heart typically weighs around 8–10 pounds, compared with roughly 10 ounces for a human heart. While a larger heart doesn't itself mean a horse can literally regulate a person's heartbeat, standing beside an animal of that size, warmth and quiet awareness can feel profoundly grounding.

Horses don't need us to explain ourselves. They don't care about our titles, our schedules or how well we appear to have everything together. They respond to what is happening right now.

That is why everything at Kindred Field happens alongside horses.

They are more than part of our story. They are the story.

We started Kindred Field because we needed it ourselves — and we think you might too.
