Join Steph as she leads you through a Kick It By Eliza® class!
Kick It By Eliza® is a 13-round fitness method that is music driven, sweat inducing, and kickboxing-inspired. Each round is specifically choreographed to energizing music, which is the driving force behind the class. To foster a sense of community and the Kick It Crew, the class partners up half way through to shadowbox with each other. This fun, high-intensity interval training will not only give you all of the physical benefits, but also will leaving you feeling empowered and ready to start your day.
Athleta has changing rooms, restrooms, and a water fountain for attendees' use.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for class and bring a yoga mat for a cool down at the end.
For safety, we ask that all attendees sign a participation waiver and we also lock our doors after the start of class. Latecomers will not be permitted entry.
