Looking for a family friendly holiday event? musiConnects, a Roslindale nonprofit, (www.musiconnects.org) will be streaming a storytelling and musical event on Dec 5th — "Kai and the Lights" is the timeless story of a boy who finds hope and joy in the midst of a cold season. Created by storyteller and spoken word artist Ashley Rose, with watercolor illustration by Peter Bass and musical interpretation by musiConnects' incredible team of Resident Musicians, this is a gorgeous winter concert for all ages.
All proceeds from this event support musiConnects’ programming, which brings accessible, transformative music education to students in Mattapan, Roslindale, and surrounding communities.
Date & Time — streaming December 5 at 3pm (Zoom link sent upon RSVP)
Suggested Donation — $20 per household. Make your donation and claim your spot by RSVPing at www.musiconnects.org/kai--the-lights.html.
