Join us for Juneteenth BIPOC Yoga Flow
Celebrate Juneteenth with a special Yoga session. Designed for the BIPOC community. Connect with your body-mind and spirit and a welcoming and inclusive space. This event focuses on empowerment and healing. All levels, welcome whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for years. Let's come together to honor this important day through movement and mindfulness.

Cambridge native Malaika has been teaching Vinyasa, Restorative and Chair yoga in and around Boston/Cambridge & Somerville since 2015. 500hr Truama Informed certified yoga instructor Malaika offers a Slow Flow yoga style supporting alignment, balance & strength.Her goal is to offer her students an accessible yoga practice with variations that support and honor where they are both mentally and physically each time they arrive on their yoga mat. Malaika strives to support her students mental and physical health & healing through the practice of yoga, pranayama (breath work), meditation and sound healing.Bring your yoga mat & water, dress comfortably for movement.
