On Wednesday, August 17th, Puritan & Co. will team up with area chefs to celebrate the life and culinary adventures of one of the culinary world’s greatest heroes, Julia Child. Guest chefs from around Boston will prepare their favorite recipes from, “The Art of French Cooking” and present guests with a multi-course meal with optional wine pairings.


Guest chefs joining Will Gilson this year will be Nookie Postal from Commonwealth, Rich Edes from Temple Bar, Patrick Campbell from Café Art Science, and Meg Thompson from Townsman.


The dinner will feature one seating at 7 p.m. is available by reservation only. Reservations can be made by calling (617) 615-6195 or visiting www.puritancambridge.com.
