Join the Boston Public Library in partnership with Beacon Hill Village for this online program. Exercise is Medicine — for any stage of life! Judy Foreman, an award-winning medical journalist and author, will outline the many biological changes that occur with exercise, and the exciting recent research showing that exercise slows the aging process.
