Jokes on the Water II: Boston comedy all stars live at the Victory Roomin Marina Bay

QUINCY, MASS. – October 8, 2019 – Jokes on the Water returns to Marina Bay following a riotously funny standing-room-only, sold-out debut in September featuring Greater Boston’s top comedians.

Jokes on the Water II takes place Friday, October 18 at the beautiful new Victory Room at Victory Point restaurant overlooking the Marina Bay waterfront in Quincy. Doors open at 8 p.m. The show starts at 9 p.m.

Tickets cost just $20 but event is selling out quickly! A few tickets are still available at Eventbrite.com. Limited tickets may be available at the door for $25.

Jokes on the Water II stars some of Boston’s hottest comedy and sports media all stars:

Host/emcee JERRY THORNTON - football fans have read and loved him for years on Barstool Sports and watched him on HBO. Thornton is the Patriots superfan, NFL commentator and author who "defended the wall" of Tom Brady's honor against evil Roger Goodell and the NFL.

DANNY MILLER – a native of Boston’s South End, Miller burst onto the local comedy scene in 1992 and has since worked with local and national headliners including Lenny Clarke, Paul Nardizzi, Dane Cook and Dave Attell.

BOBBY NILES – this South Shore native is one of New England’s funniest and most beloved stand ups, sharing tales of an unorthodox life as a construction worker, comedian and father of four. Niles was just 20 years old when his first child was born and 46 years old when he had his second. Tales of what transpired during the years in between provide Niles a fertile source of hilarious material.

Jokes on the Water II will feature great food and drink from Victory Point's owners, the Frattaroli family of North End restaurant fame, plus full cash bar.

Future shows still to come: Jokes on the Water III takes place on November 16 (tickets available soon) with additional dates in 2020 to be announced.
