Join our team: Sales & Business Development at Joyraft + The Boston Calendar

Joyraft and The Boston Calendar are growing — and we’re looking for a motivated sales and business development professional to help expand our marketing partnerships and campaigns. This role is all about building relationships, generating leads, and turning opportunities into real revenue, with significant incentive-based compensation and upside.

What you’ll work on

• Lead generation: prospecting, outreach, and pipeline development
• Business development: assisting with discovery calls, proposals, and deal flow
• Campaign strategy: shaping client packages, building media plans
• Reporting: recaps, analytics, and performance insights
• Partnership support: coordinating assets, timelines, and deliverables

What makes you a fit

• Sales or BD experience with proven results
• Comfortable with outreach, CRM tools, and sales funnels
• Strong communication skills — crisp emails, clear client notes
• Understanding of campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROI)
• Organized, responsive, proactive

Compensation

• Monthly retainer + commission on closed revenue
• Performance bonuses on renewals and growth campaigns
• High earning potential for top performers
