John Cooper Clarke's career spans over five decades and makes its mark across poetry, music, TV, film, radio, literature, and fashion. Clarke shot to prominence in the 1970s as the original punk poet, and he emerged as one of the leading voices of youth culture. Thanks to his biting, satirical, political, and very funny verse delivered in a unique, rapid-fire performance style, he became a seminal influence on the punk movement.


In May 2015, Clarke is embarking on a coast-to-coast tour that includes New York, San Francisco, Boston, and LA. A retrospective Sony box set will be released to coincide with the tour, marking the first time his career has been anthologized on this level. The box set will feature previously unheard versions of his best-known material, recorded with Martin Hannet’s The Invisible Girls; rarities; and incredible archival footage from the classic to the obscure. Back in the United Kingdom, 2015 sees John headlining some of the country’s biggest venues, collaborating on a string of exciting recording projects, starring on national network TV and radio on a regular basis, and headlining major festivals, including Glastonbury and Latitude.


Mike Garry's gritty poetry has won admiration far and wide, and his collaboration with Joe Duddell and New Order in New York's Carnegie Hall in 2014 received five-star reviews. He has been championed by Philip Glass, for whom Garry is currently writing a libretto due to premiere at the 2015 Days and Nights Festival in Big Sur, California. He has worked in thousands of schools, and his three books (Men’s Morning, Mancunian Meander, and God is a Manc) have been studied in schools throughout the United Kingdom. His poetry is regularly heard on BBC Radio and TV.
