From ferrets to farm animals, the White House has been home to pets of all shapes and sizes! Come by and explore our new exhibition, Presidential Pets (open until January 2026), with curator-led tours and rarely seen family film footage of the Kennedys and their furry friends. Live musical performances by International String Trio throughout the evening.


This program is part the Library's "Community Nights” on the first and third Wednesday of July and August. You'll get after-hours access to our galleries, exclusive food and drink for purchase in the cafe, rarely seen archival film footage, and live music.


Community Night activities are free with paid admission. Last admission will be at 7:15 p.m.
