Make your next dinner a blast with small delicious dishes inspired by Izakaya, the sake-house, after-work, tradition. In this hands-on class, you will learn how to make exquisite Japanese chicken skewers with homemade teriyaki sauce, Japanese dumpling potstickers (gyoza), sesame soba noodle salad, and green beans with sesame sauce. Enjoy the small dishes with a glass of sake. Instructor: Ploy Khunisorn
