This class is not about instant ramen noodles. Instead, this class is about traditional homemade Japanese ramen where we will make ramen broth and fresh noodles from scratch. In this hands-on class, you will learn how to make chicken miso ramen served with soft-boiled eggs. We'll talk about various toppings and how to apply different techniques to make homemade ramen quick and easy at home. Instructor: Ploy Khunisorn
