**Free timed 5k run**


On January 1st 2019 we will hold our inaugural Jamaica Pond "First Day" parkrun. It is a wonderful way to start out the new year, and we hope that you can join us.


The Jamaica Pond First Day parkrun will start at the unusual time of 10:00am. Meet at the bottom of the Sugarbowl (pond side).


So you can sleep in a little longer, or you can help the volunteer crew set up at a reasonable hour! Either way, plan on staying behind afterwards for a big start of the year brunch at City Feed and Supply on Centre Street with parkrun friends new and old from our community.
