JP Porchfest is an annual community arts festival taking place at local businesses and resident porches throughout the Jamaica Plain neighborhood. The festival’s mission is to build community – across the divides of race, class, culture and immigrant status – through the power of the arts.
Join us on Saturday, August 12 from 12-6pm for an afternoon of community arts. At 3-4pm, join us at 3 central locations for community hour, a time for community members to create and enjoy the festival together though dancing, circle singing, arts and crafts and more!
