Warm summer nights and Italian cooking with seasonal ingredients couldn’t be more enticing and relaxing. Cook up some great Roman dishes while sipping on a crisp cold glass of Prosecco. In this class, we’ll make sautéed mushrooms with baby arugula and pecorino crema on bruschetta, pan seared summer tomatoes with fresh ricotta and basil with bucatini, and fresh baked cod al forno with artichoke and olive tapenade. We’ll finish the dinner off with fresh seasonal fruit crostata for dessert. Instructor: Diane Manteca
