Join us on Saturday, August 9, at 3 p.m. for Island Vibes, an outdoor dance party at City Hall Plaza celebrating the rhythms and cultures of the African diaspora and Caribbean.


Presented in partnership with AfriQue Events, the event will feature a mix of Afro Beats, Salsa, Reggae, Zouk, and more. The DJ lineup includes DJ Prince, DJ Papadon, DJ Snax, and Ben Superior, bringing nonstop music to the dance floor throughout the afternoon. Additional activities include a photo booth by SnapsBoston, face painting, and live performances. Food trucks from Suya Joint will be on site.


This event is free and open to the public.
