In 1589, "The Madness of Isabella" was a triumph at the Medici court in Florence. The protagonist was Isabella Andreini, a poet, a mother and one of history’s first professional female performers. She was a true “Renaissance Woman”. This original show is a tribute to her and to her legacy: all women working in the arts today. Produced by Pazzi Lazzi, and featuring Chiara Durazzini, music by Dan Meyers.
Fri. June 30 and Sat. July 1 at 8pm. Free admission.
