This continuing education program provides yoga teachers and dedicated students with the opportunity to dive deeper into the details of their Inversion practice. Beginner to advanced techniques will be covered, as well as the art of teaching Inversions to students of all levels. We will explore different ways to safely add Inversions into yoga sequences. This is a great opportunity for any yoga teacher to boost their confidence teaching Inversions in their classes. RYTs can get 6 Continuing Education credit hours for the program. (RYT is not required, however, an existing inversion practice is encouraged).
