Morning Star Zen Sangha, a Boundless Way Zen practice group, is hosting an introduction to Zen meditation. Zen teacher Mike Fieleke, Sensei will discuss how to achieve a comfortable, stable posture, how to begin practicing meditation, and how to follow the forms of Zen. Following the orientation, there will be an evening practice.
