In this Introduction to Tea workshop, we will be steeping into one of the world's most profound beverages. We will follow the roots of tea from field to cup, exploring its origins, how it’s made, and proper brewing techniques. We will examine the types of true tea, and discover how teas get their uniqueness and characteristics. This class will be one and a half hours and is perfect for anyone interested in all things tea or beverage, novice or experienced. PLEASE NOTE MEM Tea is closed to the public on Sunday but will be open for the event.
