In Introduction to Neurosculpting you will learn…
Why your brain does what it does
How the brain creates both thought and behavioral patterns, how to change them, and the biology behind it.
How to use your brain’s natural neuroplasticity and be guided through meditations where you will create a tools you can use in your daily life to continuously retrain your brain.
This workshop will start with a brain talk followed by two 20 minute Neurosculpting meditations.
All classes are suitable for beginners. Pre-registration is required.
