David Ellis, of the Jewish Genealogical Society of Greater Boston, will be presenting a lecture titled Introduction to Jewish Genealogy. He will address how to start researching your family using some of the main resources available online and share information on his own research. He will discuss DNA testing and explain what the results mean.

Mr. Ellis has been researching his family tree for more than 50 years, starting when he was a teenager. He serves on the board of the Jewish Genealogical Society and leads interest groups for people with ancestry from Lithuania and Galacia.
